FUN FORD WEEKEND Event in Fontana

Ball Renegade displayed a 27' Coach trailer at the California Speedway Dragstrip earlier this month at the Fun Ford Weekend event. This versatile stacker tag trailer helps keeps your overall length to a minimum and is easy to pull. The 27' Coach Trailer is popular because you can drive your motorcycle, quad, snowmobile or golf cart out without unloading your car. Ron Hawkins and Dwight Bowers (all the way out from the Renegade factory) were on hand to brag about how cool this trailer is!

Fires in San Diego - Rigs are safe

Everyone at Ball Renegade is safe from the massive fires that hit Southern California. We're happy to say the inventory is just fine, too. Now we're focusing on helping others where we can.

The fire, fanned by some of the strongest Santa Ana winds we've seen here, is still out of control but there's a huge effort underway to protect homes and property. Things are looking up!

Videotape Your "Walk Around"

Ron Hawkins has a great suggestion for new Renegade owners: Videotape your walk around! A "walk around" is industry jargon for a detailed introduction to your new vehicle. During the walk around, we cover a checklist of items so you understand how to operate the various systems on your Renegade. From something as simple as opening and closing baggage doors to operating a hydraulic lift gate, it's all covered. And since there's a lot to know, having the walk around on tape (then transferred to DVD!) would give you an opportunity to review what was covered in the walk around when you needed. Great tip Ron!

CANOPY AWNINGS make all the difference!

Here's an example of a "Canopy Awning," on a Renegade trailer owned by Menzies Motorsports. Canopy awnings offer secure, spacious protection from the elements. They are a 'must have' for any serious race team, although other scaled down awning options are available, too. A canopy awning offers the best protection though, and they can also be equipped with walls that zipper on for the ultimate in weather protection and privacy.

CORR Was Fantastic!

We had a couple of Renegades on display at the CORR event in Chula Vista. It was a great weekend of racing, too! We saw some of customers competing (and doing well!) like Menzies Motorsports and Daugherty Racing.

His first time at a CORR event, Ron Hawkins, was impressed. "I liked how clean they kept the place," he said. That's hard to do in the mud and dust! Ron says he's fielding inquiries from several fans that stopped in to check out the Renegades. Remember, Renegades aren't just for racers anymore!
